The Client

Our Client are a unique, regional, integrated communications network with offices in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and the CIS, the Middle East, North Africa and the Eastern Mediterranean. They are looking to hire a Finance Administration Assistant to join their fast paced, energetic team based in Dubai, UAE.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years Finance experience preferably within the service industry
  • University Degree
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Possesses a flexible approach to work
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Able to work well under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile Reimbursement Requests with receipts. Flag discrepancies as needed
  • Prepare all document transmittals forms
  • Enter expenses into accounting system, following Reimbursement Requests approval
  • Generate client invoices monthly (templates and amounts provided). Print on company letterhead for authorized sign/stamp
  • Generate quotes as requested. Print on company letterhead for authorized sign/stamp
  • Perform other duties as required
