An online travel portal established in 2013, offering customized travel solutions to customers with offices in UAE, India and KSA.
The core focus of your role will be to increase sales through successful marketing, creative campaigns, market research, growth hacking techniques and through strategic alliances, tie ups and B2B partnerships.
- Drive all the sales and business development activities for KSA region and management of the KSA branch operations.
- Develop the B2B network by targeting prospective partners who can buy and sell the products.
- Focus on creating the infrastructure by coordinating with internal teams and supporting them in their efforts to build new partnerships and alliances and tie ups with tourism agencies, schools, universities, banks, govt. bodies etc. with a goal to maximize revenues.
- Work closely with marketing, branding teams and provide ideas and suggestions to increase the footfall of the KSA branch.
- Help in creating a franchising contract model in KSA and help Franchising team in their efforts in signing franchisees.
Skills and Experience
- At least 10 years of experience. Experience managing a team is essential.
- Good analytical and reporting skills, excellent communication in Arabic and English and leadership skills.
- Strong SME background and prior experience having grown a brand is preferred.
- Having a consulting background is an advantage.
- Understanding of market demands and how to target and whom to target, to increase sales.
- Strong connections in KSA market with suppliers and good B2B networks and prior experience in alliances and tie ups.
- Strong understanding of Marketing strategies and distribution.
